We Are Stuck Up! is a UK-based business. Our services are governed by UK law and regulations, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
2. Our Services
We provide custom photo magnet printing services, allowing customers to upload personal photographs which we print onto high-quality magnetic material and deliver to your address.
Our magnets are 5cm x 5cm square, sold in sets of 9, and are designed for domestic use (e.g., fridge decoration, personal organisation).
3. Ordering and Payment
Order Process: Orders are placed through our website by uploading photographs, selecting quantity, and completing payment.
Payment: We accept payment through Stripe. All prices are in British Pounds (GBP) and include VAT where applicable.
Order Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation once your order is received and payment is processed.
Order Acceptance: We reserve the right to refuse any order. Orders are only accepted once payment is confirmed.
4. Photo Uploads and Content
Your Photos: You retain ownership of all photographs you upload. We only use your photos to fulfil your order.
Photo Quality: We recommend clear, high-resolution images for best results. We cannot guarantee print quality if photos are low resolution or blurry.
Content Standards: You must not upload photos that are offensive, illegal, or infringe on others' rights. We reserve the right to refuse orders with inappropriate content.
Storage: Photos are stored securely during order processing and deleted after order completion for your privacy.
5. Production and Delivery
Production Time: We aim to produce and dispatch orders within 1-3 working days of receiving payment.
Shipping: UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail and typically arrive within 2-4 working days after dispatch. International shipping takes 5-14 working days.
Shipping Costs: UK shipping costs £2.99. International shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination.
Delivery Issues: If your order doesn't arrive within expected timescales, contact us within 20 working days of dispatch.
6. Returns and Refunds
Custom Products: As our magnets are custom-made to your specifications, we cannot offer returns or exchanges unless there is a manufacturing fault.
Faulty Products: If you receive damaged or faulty magnets, contact us within 30 days with photos. We will replace or refund faulty items.
Wrong Items: If you receive the wrong items, contact us immediately. We will arrange collection and send the correct items.
Refunds: Refunds are processed within 14 working days and will be issued to your original payment method.
7. Cancellations
Before Production: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided production hasn't begun.
During Production: Once production begins, orders cannot be cancelled as materials are already being processed.
Cancellation Process: To cancel, email us athello@wearestuckup.co.uk with your order number.
8. Privacy and Data Protection
We are committed to protecting your privacy and personal data. Our collection and use of your information is governed by our Privacy Policy and UK data protection laws (GDPR).
We only collect information necessary to fulfil your order and will never sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
9. Intellectual Property
Our Rights: The We Are Stuck Up! brand, website design, and content are our intellectual property and protected by copyright.
Your Rights: You retain all rights to your uploaded photographs. We do not claim ownership of your images.
Usage Rights: You may use the magnets for personal purposes. Commercial use requires written permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of your order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
We do not guarantee that our website will be error-free or uninterrupted, though we strive to maintain high service standards.
11. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to postal strikes, natural disasters, or supplier issues.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of new Terms.
