Every set is printed, checked and packed by hand in our UK studio. We aim to dispatch within 1-3 working days. Often quicker, if the printer's in a good mood. It has moods.

Shipping times

UK: 2-4 working days after dispatch. Europe: 3-7 working days after dispatch. International: 5-14 working days. Delays can happen, especially around peak seasons and postal strikes. We always post as fast as humanly possible.

What if my magnets haven't arrived?

Sometimes the post takes the scenic route. If it's been longer than 10 working days (UK) or 20 working days (International) since dispatch, email us at hello@wearestuckup.co.uk and we'll hunt them down.

Where are you based?

Hertfordshire. Everything is made and shipped from our studio there. If you listen carefully you can hear the printer complaining.

A small note on customs

Ordering from outside the UK? Your country may (or may not) charge customs or import fees. Those are out of our hands and vary by country, so check locally if you're unsure.

What size are the magnets?

A chunky 5cm x 5cm square. Small enough to fit in your palm, big enough to show off.

Question 7

What kind of photos should I use?

The good ones. Not the posed ones. The mid laugh, the bad hair day, the dog. Clear, bright photos work best, ideally with your subject close up. Not sure about one? Email it over and we'll give you an honest opinion. Possibly too honest.

Can I use phone photos?

Accepted Answer

Course you can. Most of our magnets come straight off a camera roll and they look brilliant. If the photo matters to you, it's worth printing. We'll sort the rest.

Question 9

Are they actually strong?

Very. They'll hold up photos, postcards, takeaway menus, school art and the bills you're pretending not to see. Clingy in a good way.

Question 10

What if my magnets arrive damaged?

That's on us, and we'll fix it. Send a quick photo to hello@wearestuckup.co.uk and a free replacement is on its way. No drama.

Can I return my magnets?

Each set is made just for you, so returns aren't really a thing. But if anything's wrong, we'll always make it right. Promise.
